Loving, purple-mauve natural lepidolite is calming and balancing, great for deeper emotional healing by reducing anxiety and lifting depression as it naturally contains traces of lithium. I’ve found lepidolite helpful for insomnia, depression, and PTSD and or complex trauma as well.

This gorgeous piece is natural, semi-polished lepidolite, held securely by bare copper wire and is on a 20″ copper colored metal chain. The pendant is about 1.5″ long and has a soothing feel simply holding it. Working through some long and deep-rooted complex traumas, I am grateful to have connected with calming lepidolite on my personal journey and find it offers me a gentle and comforting uplift from time to time, the kind of uplift that really helps my soul feel supported and held.
